about this project

The narrative of this triptych begins with the militarism of our time, a civilization mired in dictatorship, ownership, conflict, rule and rape that dictates the displacement and destruction of MOTHER and all living things. This truth I ponder daily, immense in our lives of the current reality. Until this moment of time I had never provided space to lay it down visually. It was surely time!

The following image of MOTHER, Mothering, wisdom, seeking truth, ancient old in the passage of time immemorial of honouring that which holds all things equal. Inherit in our Being to nurture, nourish with deep respect and care.

The third panel is the result of love for MOTHER and all Her Beings. When seeds, birds, bees and butterfly's are what we deeply value. When our desire to protect Her waters, the land and all habitat is held as a life contract, that our time here on Earth is a blessing and opportunity, contributing to the generational offerings of pure love, respect and care.
